iLovah Cleaning Services & Rest In Pest Control Service. Last updated 3 November 2026.

This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you visit ilovahcleaningservices.com.au, ask for a quote, book a job, or contact us. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. Who we are

Francis Velasco, trading as iLovah Cleaning Services and Rest In Pest Control Service

ABN 28 522 947 091, Toowoomba, Queensland

Email ilovahcleaning@gmail.com · Phone 0478 711 829

In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" means both businesses.

2. What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and how you prefer to be contacted.
  • Job details: the property address or suburb, the service you need, property size, preferred dates, notes and any photos you send us.
  • Job and payment records: quotes, bookings, invoices and payment status. We take payment by bank transfer only and never ask for or store card details.
  • How you found us: for example Google, Facebook or a flyer, taken from the link you clicked to reach our website.
  • Your location, only if you choose: if you tap "use my location" in the quote form, your device shares its location so we can fill in your suburb. We don't keep the exact coordinates.
  • Messages and reviews: emails, texts, social media messages and reviews you send or post about us.

We only collect what we need to quote, do and follow up your job. You can ask us questions without giving your name, but we need contact details to send a quote or book a job.

3. How we use it

  • To prepare quotes, book and carry out cleaning and pest control jobs, and send invoices.
  • To contact you about your job, including reminders, pre-treatment advice and follow-ups after a treatment.
  • To ask for feedback or a Google review after a job.
  • To understand which advertising and websites bring us enquiries, so we spend our marketing budget well.
  • To meet our legal, licensing, tax and record-keeping obligations.

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't send you marketing unless you've asked to hear from us. You can opt out of any message at any time by replying or calling us.

4. Photos of our work

We sometimes take before-and-after photos of our work and share them on our website, Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram. We may name the suburb, but we never show your street address, house number, your face or personal belongings that could identify you without asking first. If you'd like a photo of your property removed, contact us and we'll take it down.

5. Who we share it with

We only share personal information with services that help us run the business, and only what they need:

  • Google (Firebase and Google Cloud) hosts this website and our customer records system.
  • Google Gmail and Brevo deliver emails, including the confirmation you get when you send a quote request.
  • Our bookkeeping and invoicing software keeps job and payment records.
  • Google Maps and BigDataCloud look up suburbs when you use the location button.
  • Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measure visits to our website and the results of our ads. See section 8.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example to a regulator or the police.

6. Storing information overseas

Some of the services above store data on servers outside Australia, mainly in the United States. We use well-known providers that protect data with encryption and strict access controls, and we take reasonable steps to make sure they handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

7. Google account data in our own systems

Our internal customer management system connects to our own Google Business Profiles, using our business Google accounts, so we can publish posts and photos about our services. It uses the Google Business Profile API with the business.manage permission only to list our own business locations and publish posts to them. It does not access customers' Google accounts, and the data received from Google is not shared with anyone else, sold, or used for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). These set cookies or similar technology so we can see how many people visit, which pages they look at, and whether a visit from one of our ads led to a quote request or a phone call. Google and Meta receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit, and may use it under their own privacy policies, including to show you ads. We don't send them your name, phone number, email or address from our quote forms.

The site also keeps a small note in your browser for the current visit only (session storage) recording how you arrived, so a quote request can be credited to the right source. It's cleared when you close the tab. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and maps from Google Maps, which receive basic technical information such as your IP address.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and control ads in your Google ad settings and Facebook ad preferences. The website still works if you do.

9. Keeping it safe and how long we keep it

Our records are kept in password-protected systems that only we can access. We keep job and invoice records for at least 7 years as required for tax, and pest control treatment records for as long as Queensland pest management rules require. Quote requests that don't go ahead are deleted after 2 years. If we no longer need your information, we delete or de-identify it.

10. Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (unless we must keep it by law). Email ilovahcleaning@gmail.com or call 0478 711 829 and we'll respond within 30 days. There's no charge.

11. Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first and we'll try to fix it within 30 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. The current version is always at ilovahcleaningservices.com.au/privacy.
